5 /5 Melissa P: We have been with LSCU since 1982 and absolutely LOVE doing business with them! Love ALL the people at the Dallas, Terrell and Kaufman locations! Do I miss the drive to the Dallas location every week, NO! Do I miss the people at the Terrell location, YES!! However. Our son started banking there so he became our weekly depositor so he would tell everyone hello. Then we saw that they were building in Kaufman, our home town which is about 5 miles from us and Im thinking oh GREAT, what a convenience! Well, I was introduced to Mobile Banking and said Goodbye to the weekly trips to the drive thru! I miss everyone although I did go in today to make a transaction for my grandson and spent some time visiting with Terri M., it was very nice putting a face to a voice and found out we grew up in the same neighborhood and went to the same middle school and high school!! 5 /5 Dustin Hagler: I have had an account at LSCU for nearly 30 years and I cannot think of a single issue I have ever had that has not kindly and swiftly addressed. Over time, as usual, there have been personel changes, but from the day I opened my account with her, up to today, one person has been there for me... Terri McCormack. She is always friendly, personable, and willing to do what she can to get me taken care of. She even seems to try to know the members by name which I think is a nice touch you dont get very regularly. I know we all want to retire some day, but I secretly hope she has that Benjamin Button stuff and is reverse aging so she will be around forever lol. If there was a Terri clone at EVERY Waffle House... that place would be considered fine dining lol! Thank you so much for always taking care of me and the family.

1 /5 Kenneth Creech: They lied to me about a $5000.00 investment and today found out they were taking $10 a month out of my checking and savings for a maintenance fee because I dont use this acct. BS . Your using my money for free.
