5 /5 Robin Hanlon: I’ve lived at my current address for 3 years. The gentleman that delivered for us was just not friendly, didn’t like my dogs even though he never got of his car. If the package was too big to fit, he threw it on the ground. The new fella that is on my route is AMAZING!!! He’s so super friendly, waves, smiles, brings packages and mail up to the house. Just an overall pleasure. How do I keep him permanently???

4 /5 Jed Brady: Was waiting on a package all day which was supposed to be here by 4:30. Time changes to 9:00. then at 7:30 I get an update that they cant gain access to my property. Odds are he went to my neighbors property who does have a closed gate. I was pretty upset at the time and placed a 1 star review. I know at my age that when you are upset, you always sleep on it before acting upon it (marriage lesson #1) but didnt follow that. The next day driver showed up first thing the next morning and was super nice. He had a little problem finding us and to be fair, our address can be kind of difficult as GPS a lot of times will take them to my neighbors property. This all left me felling a little guilty about my rush to post a negative review so came back to redo it and make it a four star. I know the post office seems to loose a lot of mail these days but this driver was kind enough and nice enough that I will place this one as a good experience. Hopefully the star level updates in a day or so since it didnt do so after I updated this review. 4 stars is what I am leaving now. Great Driver, Nice Fellow

1 /5 F: Dysfunctional Operations there. Lost Mail and Packages. Even though it shows out for delivery with pictures of the envelopes. Per my USPS Informed Delivery Notification. No one never answers the phone there to report lost Mail and Packages. Rings about 20 times then Automatically Disconnects the Call. Update. These Inferior Rural Mail Carriers are very sloppy in their work. I have had Rural Farm Neighbors bring me my mail. Because of these Inferior Rural Mail Carriers had delivered the mail to the wrong address. Out here in Rural Kaufman County. Another Issue. I had a package delivered to the Kaufman Post Office from the USPS Regional Facility Dallas, Texas Distribution Center. Instead of them delivering to my address in the Kaufman area. They forwarded the package to the USPS Regional Facility North Houston, Texas Distribution Center. Per my tracking updates. It is still considered lost. Next update. The package just arrived back at the USPS Regional Facility Dallas, Texas Distribution Center. From the USPS Regional Facility North Houston, Texas Distribution Center. So now it is on its way back to the Kaufman Post Office again. Please Kaufman Post Office. Do not send it back to the USPS Regional Facility North Houston, Texas Distribution Center. But instead send it to my address this time in the Kaufman area. Please. Another update. These mail carriers cannot or will not close mail box doors. After putting mail in it. Two times I have seen them open up my mail box door. Put my mail in my box. Then just drive off. Leaving the door open. Most recent yesterday afternoon. I was in my driveway. And saw the mail carrier open my mail box door. Put my mail in and just drive off. Leaving the door open.

1 /5 Sharon Crow: Mail carrier could not find my house, so he delivered my package at the first house he found. Called office next day report package not delivered. Office spoke with the carrier who supposedly delivered it, said he spoke with resident at the house where it dropped off. Resident said he dopped it off at my house. Liars both as my package is still missing. THIS is the example of the incompetent morons delivering my mail. If it were possible to give these people 0 stars, I would. 5 years later Mail carriers are still just as incompetent in 2025 as they were in 2020. Per the USPS website, my package was delivered in my mailbox. When I went to my mailbox, no package. Only use the USPS if you want you package to be lost, damaged, or destroyed.
