5 /5 Renee Bolton: I have been with GB for many years now and have been pleased with my experience throughout these years. We have had to close accounts due to fraud & our experience with the agent at GB was pleasant and courteous. We always felt like we could get our questions answered. I wish they had ATMs, but it isn’t like they aren’t the only bank closing them. It’s also nice that every time you walk in you get extremely sweet people greeting you in the lobby. Small town helpfulness at its best like it’s meant to be. I’m glad it isn’t dead.

I have had the experience of a few different mortgage transactions with Jacob Smith, a Loan Officer at GB. Jacob is very knowledgeable and was accessible throughout the whole loan process. He was available to answer questions as they arose and was diligent in preparing all the documentation needed as part of the loan application thru the final approval. I highly recommend Guadalupe Bank for your banking needs.

Even when things could have gone wrong, the staff has been amazing in rectifying the situation. Huge shout out to Austin!! He’s amazing for your mortgage needs.
