Neighborhood Credit Union - Kaufman (TX)

5 /5 Byron Gregg: This review is mainly for the ladies who work up front. They have always been very nice and helpful. None have ever been rude to me. I have a small checking and savings acct there and so far have never had a problem with them. That being said I received an email saying they were removing there ATM machine very soon. Can life go on without ATMs Certainly but its one more thing they are taking from you.night drop is gone also. Like I said earlier this review is mainly for the ladies who work up front

3 /5 Elisha Boyd: I loved rely on the service was amazing and everyone is always so helpful and understanding, I didnt mind the switch to neighbor it seemed to be better for everyone. But the lack of customer service availability is disheartening. I cant call my location directly I have to go through other systems and it takes up time. Now the ATMs are not available which is very difficult for me with my work schedule and being able to get to a location during open hours, I understand the reasoning if we were in a more violent area but this is Kaufman and it doesnt make since to discontinue a service where everyone knows everyone. I love the people that work here at this location I have been with this service for years, a lot of change at once isnt always the best for a community.

5 /5 Donald J Robinson: I love the branch and the ladies that work at NCU Kaufman branch. They always assist me with all my financial needs. I just dont like the electronic function of the way Neighborhood Credit Union do things. I dont like Nick. I hate the fact that the ATMs are going away.

1 /5 K MH: We loved them when they were Kaufman credit union and even Relyon but this new ownership is horrible. Customer service is non existent and the lack of professionalism is appalling.

5 /5 William Sandlin: I had a great experience today at Kaufman. The Sherry Angie and the manager helped with my direct deposit. It took some time but I couldn’t have done it without their help.
