1 /5 Courtney Mestas: Set two appointments both times they said I didnt have one. Kathy is a family friend have always used her no complaints. Stephanie is the lady we dropped our taxes off too last Sat 4-16 she was very rude and unpleasant. Ive left over 6 messages no calls back.

2 /5 April T.: Made an appointment and taxes werent filed at my appointment she only took our paper work. Called 2 days later and my taxes still were not filed. I was told my balance of doing my taxes and found out upon receiving my refund check that there was a charge by "bank". Would have liked to have information before filing what exactly will be refund total. Not 2 totals! Good people, but unhappy with service. The prior times I filed upon it being a brand new business, I was more then happy with service !!!
