5 /5 Charles Miller: With a name as big and as well known as H&R Block, its nice knowing that people like Marie take the time to make you feel welcome and important. A lot of larger tax companies are in the market to get them in and get them out and you dont feel comfortable but rather rushed and almost as if though youre in the way. Thank you for taking the time to listen and to keep human compassion in what could be an extremely stressful experience.

1 /5 Canica Cravey: Lady that did our taxes this year was rude, smoked in her office, misspelled our last name, wouldn’t correct it & didn’t even send our tax paperwork to the IRS! 2 weeks after going to this lady to file, I called the IRS because the online tool was still saying they had not even received our tax information. I made sure they knew no to accept a return from this place & I would be filing with turbo tax as soon as I got off the phone. I did just that. 24 hours later, our return, which I did with TurboTax, was already received & being processed. Less than a week later, my refund is approved& been deposited in my bank. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PARTICULAR H&R BLOCK AGAIN & I would NEVER suggest anyone I know to go to this lady either.
