5 /5 James Prater: Texas First Bank is the single greatest bank Ive ever been a member of. Fast lines, great service, and all served with a smile in an experience you only find at TFB. Texas first bank is the best financial institution of them all, and the Broadway location is the best branch of the best bank. John, Rene, Lindsey and Gloria are the most skilled and lovely bankers Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Not only would I trust my money to them, I would trust my life to these talented and attractive tellers. I wish I could give them infinity stars!

1 /5 Wayne Jory: Terrible Bank. They place holds on checks for no valid reason, their Online Banking App is glitchy, and will show that your money is available one day then be back "on hold" the next, with no explanation. Tellers are nice, but The Wicked Branch Manager "Tammy" is THE WORST. She is rude, inconsiderate, and NOT concerned for the customer. They should remove her like a cancer. If you complain, they close your account! Horrible experience, I will warn everyone I know to avoid this bank like the plague. Consider yourself warned.

I’ve used the branches in La Marque and Texas City and nobody, I mean nobody, compares to Gloria and the crew at Galveston’s Broadway branch. I joined Texas First for that hometown banking touch and you definitely get it there. They are awesome! Even though I moved from Galveston, I will still drive there to take care of all my banking needs. It’s worth the drive to deal with such genuine people!

5 /5 Vera Sourada: I’m very happy I choose this home town bank with very personal service. Now question is wrong for them, now service hard or annoying . People in the bank tray to help every time. I always prefer to go in and speak with a person, but they help on the phone is same quality. Every young person knows , what to do.
