They simply asked for some questions and small info and got me approved in less than a day. I HIGHLY recommend western finance if you are looking for a hassle no bs free way of getting some financial relief quick and effectively!

1 /5 Aaron Borrego: Terrible customer service and a waste of time. I was told initially I was approved and had to keep calling Brenda to check on updates and the status of my application only to find out I was actually denied. Doesn’t make much sense, they should give accurate and honest information since the beginning. They had previously called me twice reminding me I was approved and I had to come in and bring in some pieces of information and it would be a quick process. I was not only hit with one but TWO hard inquiries on my credit. They need to work on having better communication and letting customers know if they are approved or denied simple as that. Follow up with your customers and keep them updated don’t wait for customers to be calling in and checking on the status. Something that could’ve been a quick approval or denial turned into a near week process.
