Heather was my initial contact and she explained the difference between the loan I applied for and the credit builder loan I was approved for. They both were great I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked into the building. Everything was explained and they have low monthly payments. I also got information that will extend a relationship with Western Finance in the future as they explained they do sales credits for tenured customers.
