The staff is consistently friendly and helpful—every time I walk in, I’m greeted quickly and they usually get me in and out without much waiting. I opened both a checking and savings account here and the process was super straightforward. They took the time to explain the different options without trying to upsell me, which I appreciated. Their mobile app is decent—not as slick as some big banks, but it gets the job done for mobile deposits, transfers, and checking balances.
