1 /5 Joe Ramirez: So the instructors are awesome at this school especially the A&P teacher he has a great way of engaging with students. I was super proud to be a student here however ancillary departments such as "Business Office" really need to get together! I have sent 3 emails and made 3 phone calls to the President of the Campus with NO RETURN CALL. This is not a part of the organization that cares about students concerns or needs. I received a payment from Cares act that was greatly appreciated to have it taken back out of the account a few days later causing the account to go overdraft over $800.00. I understand I am financially responsible for the bills account but would not have paid out of the account if they would have never cleared the deposit. Not sure how they can make such a mistake during these times. To top it off not even a courtesy call to explain what happened dispite them requesting copies of emails and deposit information etc that I supplied immediately upon request. Please pay attention to your work and how your simple mistake affects others!
