If you are in the area looking to purchase a car or have been eyeballing some of their inventory online, I would specifically ask for Ryan, and they will take very good care of you. Thank you once again for the easiest car buying process I have ever endured!

5 /5 Sara Risinger: Trevor my car salesman was very helpful and patient. We looked at multiple cars. When we finally found the one we wanted, the paperwork was quit and painless. There were a few minor repairs that needed to be fixed. Trevor made sure to send over to the shop and it took no time at all. We were very happy with our experience.

1 /5 Christi Tanner: My 85 year old mother bought a truck at ecar 3 days after it literally started falling apart. She put down $1000 and when i told the manager that I had 4 different shops tell me the truck really wasnt safe to drive due to the front end he(Ryan) told me that they were all basically full of crap. But since mom had only put down $1000 she could come get her $ back but mom really needed a vehicle so i said no sir just can you fix the problem for my moms safty and he informed me that wasnt his problem. So, a week went by and mom put down the other $1000 then when the radiator and power steering went out i ask them to just let us have the $ back and we would go else where and was told mom could bring the truck back but she would not be getting any money back. Now this is only 4 days after he (Ryan) had said she could have her $ back. Then the very next day the radiator blew up and the power steering pump went out. Now that was not even 2 weeks after her getting the truck. She had not even made the first note. Then they refused to send someone to pick it up and mom had to pay to have it towed to there office on cotton. Once it was there they did fix the power steering pump and the radiator but still refused to fix the problem that was putting my mom in danger by driving it which was the problem i called about on the 3rd day. They knew these things were going out and completely patched this truck to get it sold and totally took advantage of my 85 year old mother now mom still has nothing to drive and has been told it isnt safe. She is just now about to make her second note and only has got to drive the truck 4days. She now is having to save what little social security she has left after paying her bills to have it fixed. Which is $1200 and if you know how hard it is just for seniors to live these days then you will know it will be months before my mom can drive a vehicle shes paying for. And Ryan the "manager" was nasty through the whole process and didnt care if my mother was hurt or not. If they will screw a 85 year old lady on social security then they will take advantage of you as well. So if your smart DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Now yes they make you think they are upstanding dealership and make you think your getting a great deal because they will work with you on a down payment but they just are terrible.

1 /5 trevor Mckenzie: First off , I don’t know who this is with this number , harassing me and my fiancéewith such a nasty attitude (they refuse to give their name )but we are never more that 25 days behind on our car note. This company sold us a lemon car that had “check engine lights “ on within the first day of purchase and needed a new motor (will post picture soon ) we had to spend over 2100$ for a rental along with the 279$ diagnostic and wasn’t reimbursed or showed leniency for our out of pocket costs. We continue to get threats about our vehicle getting repossessed and I’m pretty sure it’s not everyone who works there but a certain person. I feel strongly that they should reprimand this person or either get rid of them , it’s going to cost them so much in the near future . I want to like this place so bad but one bad apple spoils the whole bunch in this case . I’m trying my very best to avoid legal action . Definitely considering refinancing and washing our hands with this place , we are HUMAN BEINGS.
