His staff was also very knowledgeable of the buying process. Mr. Morales and his team worked hard to ensure our mortgage loan experience was a great one. From the initial interview, all the way to the very end, Paul and his team were there every single step of the way. We were never pressured into anything and as we got into the thick of qualification, they worked with us closely to get all the information and documentation needed without stress. Even on nervous moments, Paul was there to re-assure us everything would be fine. Mr. Morales made the whole process a very informative and pleasurable one. Mary Lusk Ray Gulan is absolutely fabulous to work with. He is knowledge and helpful. I had a lot of family issues come up during my transaction but he was very patient and kind. I would definitely refer him and this company for any of your mortgage needs.

Denise Hunt Customer Service is lacking. I pay my bills on time, the only reason my account went to collections was because the office never sent me a invoice. They tokd me 8 months later I had an outstanding balance and refused service. After contacting Prime Financial, I find out that the invoices were being sent to an address I havent lived at for 8 eight years. When trying to resolve the balance its extremely inconvenient that they have no website and you can only pay over the phone or snail mail. If your on a payment plan it takes them forever to send you an updated statement showing a payment was made and updated in their system. Methodist needs to do better with who they choose to handle their collections.

Jillian Waterbury This was part of an employer retirement plan. When I seperated from that company, it was extremely difficult to rollover my money to Fidelity. Voya treated me like a criminal when I asked for the verfication not to be sent to my old work address as I no longer had access to that email and they refused to verify me any other way ie with my SS#, address, DL # or any other data. It was extremely difficult to work with them.
