1 /5 Racheal Garza: Since changing from Aimbank to First Bank & Trust, EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE! DO NOT switch to this bank. There are no incentives or perks for loyal longtime customers, call center-ish vibe, sky high charges for basic services. We are currently looking for a more Aimbank like institution.

5 /5 V Roach: Actually I love that the bank has the patience with me. I take bags of coins from the various machines we have around town. They are always obliging when I take them in a business carryon, they just roll it around to their station instead of making me carry them. When I always call, the reps are very helpful. Change is always hard on some people, but its called life. Just work with it.. go with the flow.
