The price was better than what I was already paying AND they were able to combine both into one policy. The staff has been friendly and helpful everytime Ive called.

2 /5 Davis (Fred) Bourque: This insurance group employees have very unresponsive. They dropped the ball on my home insurance renewal costing me a charge from my mortgage company. Now after 4 phone calls they can not even respond to sending me my DEC Page for my Flood insurance policy. I will be looking for a new insurance company at renewal time I do not recommend doing business with this insurance company

1 /5 jaleh mobasser: Do not deal with Vern insurance group. Mrs. Vern and her son, Michele are unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful, ignorant and rude. We had our company insurance policies with Vern insurance group for many years. When we decided to change our insurance company, Verns became hostile and refused to cooperate. They denied owing us credit on our account, but wouldn’t send us the cancellation and refund information to justify. For months, we attempted to contact them a number of times by phone and sent numerous emails, but also with no response. We had to personally go to their office to try and request the policy cancellation facts, but was still unsuccessful and was refused the details looking for. After 6 months we received a partial refund check, with no explanation. We never received the cancellation and refund documents requested.
