1 /5 Elizabeth Gomez: I have tried calling this morning for almost 2 hours to make a payment for my father and they don’t answer their phone or return calls. This is not the first time this happens.. they need to work on being responsive and their customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would… I was finally able to get in touch with them after my dad went up there and passed her the phone so we can pay it before it expires (with a credit card fee). I let the representative know what happened earlier & I am repulsed by her attitude, the way they treat their paying customers, but mostly her careless response. With a horrible attitude she said they open at 9 and they get to calls and call back “whenever they get a chance” it was 11 AM by this time! I would not have renewed this time with them but I didn’t really have a choice since I did not want dad to be uninsured and I didn’t have enough time to get a quote elsewhere. My father said they are very unprofessional and I explained to him that we can always look for a better company that will value us. We will not be renewing with them after this and I would not recommend them ever.. please look elsewhere.
