Abigail Balding Joe Horak and his office are great, I’ve had Farmers for a while now and they’ve always provided top notch customer service and great rates on insurance. I was sent an email by Joe himself regarding my policy and was able to get everything updated and squared away with no issue- all through email! It was very refreshing that I was able to do everything with Joe through email instead of a phone call since I have a loud newborn in the house- it made doing business a lot easier on my part and at my own pace without pressure. Upon installing a roof using Class 4 material, Belinda Grantges of Harmon Insurance Agency, with the certificate for the Class 4 material, was able to attain quality homeowners coverage for us with only a 3.5% increase in cost from my current rate and a reduction in wind/hail deductible from 3% to 2%. The savings between the renewal and the final rate covered the upgrade over typical roofing material in the first year. Working with people who care about solving problems and trying to see things to a successful conclusion is excellent.
