Robert Rico I was looking for rental insurance a few days ago, and I found Farpon Auto Insurance very close to where I live. I call and I talk to this gentleman Joseph, he quoted me a price for renters insurance and he said he will call me by the end of the day, which he did; what was a perfect price for me. I came the next day to meet with Joseph, we went over the policy and he explain to me everything perfectly. When I walk into the office, he greeted me with a perfect smile and a hand sheck. I felt very comfortable dealing with this gentleman. He went above and beyond customer service. I will highly recomend doing business to any one thats interested in getting Auto or Renters insurance with Farpon Auto Insurance. Ashley Dominguez Christian is LITERALLY THE BEST!!!! Not only is she soooo accommodating being kind enough to always meet you halfway even if it means getting to her office earlier or staying later just to help her customers out but she is soooooo professional! She treated me and my policy like it was her own, always making sure I was covered and taken care of. Also very great at explaining coverages and giving me answers to all my questions. She always picks up the phone when I call and is quick to help me with whatever my needs are! If you’re looking for an insurance company who cares, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

So sorry hunny but if you dont like your jobs go find a better 1. Nothing but boogie Bit*hs up there who stand around not wanting to help anyone. Every time one of there OWN CLIENTS walks in there. All there employees do is look @ each other as of to see who is going to help THERE OWN CLIENT as if its a punishment. Plus to make it even better the hang up on their phone calls blaming the internet or saying there having issues with it when nothing is ever wrong once you show up in person. Ridiculous hate to see how they would handel an accident call... This is not the best insurance company after all!
