Ross has had his office in the same location all this time, most members of his team have been with him for decades. If that does not speak for itself, I dont know what does. Santos V Villarreal I had a bad experience with customer service recently trying to explain to her that upon changing insurance with a new vehicle purchase I was billed for my liability on first car twice. I would think that because both were insured thru pronto that wasn’t legal but the lady just kept repeating to me that I could not get a refund. At the end I got no email or anything regarding my cancellation of policy. I have never had an issue with local offices but customer service is not helpful at all.
