We had been experiencing astronomical price hikes with our Agent in Dallas year after year and they were unwilling to help us shop for better options. After spending an hour with Ross on the phone he identified policies for our home, our rental properties and cars that was not only better and the coverage far superior to what we had - he saved us $8K!! This was absolutely shocking to us having overpaid for years with another Agent who was not interested in our business! What a great experience we have had with Ross! Run don’t walk to get a meeting with him! 5 Star service is an understatement
