Any time I walk through the door in greeted warmly, with a smile. They check on ME. They ask me how Im doing, how things are going. They care about me - not just as a customer, but as an individual.
When I bought a new truck, they asked if I would be interested in them running numbers on refinancing with State Farm. I said they could run numbers, but I got a pretty good rate. After running numbers, they came back saving me $50/month on my truck payment.
They could have not said anything and saved themselves some time and effort - but they didnt. They want to make sure I have the best deal for me.
I love Bob and his staff. Its not just an insurance company - they make sure I always know Im part of the family. Maybe thats why I have no problems trusting him with all my insurance needs.
