5 /5 Jana Franscell: Just want to give a shout out to Susan Pick with Kendall County Farm Bureau! I’ve been with them for years. When my daughter was in an accident a few years ago (not at fault, a lady t-boned her), I called to let her know about it as soon as I got to the scene. Ten minutes later I turned around and she was right there to make sure my daughter was ok and to start the process through our (and the other lady’s) insurance. Her guidance was invaluable to me and my family. Fast forward to last week. I got my insurance bill - which had significantly increased. I called her, and by close of business she had helped us in getting a much better rate for the same amount of coverage - because she KNOWS insurance! She is one of the kindest, most compassionate and knowledgeable agents in Boerne! Give her a call and let her take care of you like she has for our family! No hesitation for 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

Spent over 22 years with USAA, but switched to Farm Bureau, who does an exceptional job providing adequate coverage to fit our needs in addition to two teenage drivers. Couldnt be any happier. Filed two claims for accidents over the last seven years, claims process couldnt have been easier. The entire office staff; Susan, Espy, Erica and Michael will meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Buying insurance is never fun, but I cant imagine buying insurance from anyone other than Susan Pick and Texas Farm Bureau.

Just referred her to someone…they were looking for someone who can take care of everything. Life, home, vehicle and farm insurance. I recommend her to everyone!! If I ever have a question (even if it is after hours) she is always willing to help! It’s wonderful to know she is available and kind! 1 /5 Stephanie Andrews: Got a quote from Susan Pick today. When I told her I didn’t want to disclose what I’m paying monthly for car insurance she laughed at me, said it must be bad, and said she doesn’t insure people who aren’t upfront. She then said she would tell me anyway. She wanted $591.66 a MONTH for full coverage on 2 cars, 2 drivers without roadside and rental car. I have good credit and no fault accidents and no tickets on either driver. She was very rude and arrogant towards me once I didn’t want to disclose the amount. I just wanted to see what their best offer is and it is over double what I’m already paying for less coverage. Here’s your disclose and buyer beware. They also don’t insure houses inside the city limits of Boerne Texas anymore due to some study they did. Add on a $47 per person annual membership fee and it’s a lot of money. I am a disabled Veteran with a kid in college and caring for another disabled child full time. I am not rich. I was referred to her by a friend who used to use them before moving and she had nothing but good things to say. However she started with them almost 20+ years ago so I guess it was a different experience for her.
