I had an unfortunate mix up in regards to my homeowners insurance and my mortgage company. Melissa contacted my mortgage company herself and got everything sorted out. I’m highly pleased. Casey was a huge help as well.

Sana Really great insurance company! My dad has been with them for a long time, specifically Fatima, and he introduced me to them also. Fatima is an amazing agent of the company. She listened to exactly what we asked for and got us exactly that. She does monthly check ups to make sure you are satisfied with your current insurance plan and your satisfaction with Insurigos services. All of the agents are really nice and ready to meet your insurance needs. Overall, exceptional customer service and exceptional company, would highly recommend.

Jesse Dryer Ms. Amy Frank is an A+ employee. Kudos to Ms. Frank. I called her to set a cruise up for me with about two weeks notice. She said shed get right on it. I had no idea how Awesome her "right on it" would be. She asked me questions about what i was looking for and how many days. She was able to book my round trip flight, one hotel night stay, transportation to the airport and cruise line terminal to and from. She took care of everything. I flew from my town to Miami Florida. I stayed at the Couurtyard Miami Airport over night so as not to have to rush around to get to my cruise line (Iwould not have thought of this). She sent me my documents, labels and tags. She was Awesome in my opinion. The peace of mind She gave me. I called a couple of days prior to departure for a refreshing of direction and info so I could make sure I understood what was going on. Thanks to Ms. Frank for her experience in arranging trips and to AAA for the training and for the good sense to hire a Travel Ambassador suchas Ms. Frank. I definitely recommend her for travel arrangements.

Bo Shuang I have been using this company for about 10 years. They are super helpful, patient, and responsive. They always find the right insurance package for you. When it is about to renew, theyll reach out to work with you and find the new plan. I dont know any better ones.

Krispen Reyes I called Freeway insurance and told them I was shopping for a better rate on my insurance and only wanted a quote. They did not treat me any differently knowing I was only "shopping" for a lower rate. They took the time to answer all of my questions and Antonia was able to get me an incredibly lower rate that my current insurance was not even close to being able to beat. Highly recommend!

Fred Katani Im writing this review based on my customer experience with this agency. I am not writing this review based on the insurance premiums. After all, we live in the state of Texas, Collin County, where homeowners insurance rates are astronomical because of the severe weather we have here. The office staff does a great job! Ive been dealing with Ms. Alma for the past several years and Ive received nothing but superior service from her. When I send her an email with a question, she responds immediately. (Ive even sent her emails when I knew she was off, hoping that she would respond once she returned to the office. That was not the case, with Alma. She has responded to me when shes off.) Ive shopped around for better rates. There was one company that offered a lower total premium, but the difference wasnt worth making the change at this time. Once again, there customer service is phenomenal!

Becky Halligan Always a great experience with the Frank Pistone office. Everyone there is so helpful. I feel very grateful I can be their customer. Every new term when we get our new rates I’m always so nervous about the price. Praying it doesn’t go up so much that we ever have to leave them for a better price. So happy to have my insurance with them and I would highly recommend them.
