1 /5 Tony Medina: Here I am trying to get a hold of them about the down payment and it says they’re open on the website but then again nobody answers the phone. What a good way to lose customers straight up.

1 /5 April Savell: If I could leave no stars I would. My payment is due the 27th right and I was told I need to pay the day before cause my policy cancels midnight the day off the payment due date. Why tf is it due the 27th then??? Also was told my policy went up with me being now 25 oh and then was told it went up for everyone and we were sent letters. Funny cause I never ever got a letter telling me it went up just my card for the last month. This was my last payment with Fred loya I’ve hated you guys since I got y’all and I’m fed up never helping me or notifying me properly of changes you will not see me back next month it’s sad the policy’s they give here.

1 /5 Leonard Potzler: They wont quote for insurance if u have multiple cars. They only allow 3 cars to a two person family.
