From start to finish, she provided outstanding customer service, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to find the best deal for both me and my mom. A huge bonus was that she spoke Spanish, which made communication even easier. Her professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency made all the difference. If youre looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you, Leslie is the one to go to!

Fred Katani Im writing this review based on my customer experience with this agency. I am not writing this review based on the insurance premiums. After all, we live in the state of Texas, Collin County, where homeowners insurance rates are astronomical because of the severe weather we have here. The office staff does a great job! Ive been dealing with Ms. Alma for the past several years and Ive received nothing but superior service from her. When I send her an email with a question, she responds immediately. (Ive even sent her emails when I knew she was off, hoping that she would respond once she returned to the office. That was not the case, with Alma. She has responded to me when shes off.) Ive shopped around for better rates. There was one company that offered a lower total premium, but the difference wasnt worth making the change at this time. Once again, there customer service is phenomenal!

Sana Really great insurance company! My dad has been with them for a long time, specifically Fatima, and he introduced me to them also. Fatima is an amazing agent of the company. She listened to exactly what we asked for and got us exactly that. She does monthly check ups to make sure you are satisfied with your current insurance plan and your satisfaction with Insurigos services. All of the agents are really nice and ready to meet your insurance needs. Overall, exceptional customer service and exceptional company, would highly recommend.

Joel George Ive had nothing but great experience with the team at Randel Arnold State Farm, specifically with Matthew. Hes been extremely responsive to my many request regarding a new policy with several changes due to uncertain purchase dates for my new vehicle. Whats more the rates were by far the best out of all the compwtitive companies. The ability of a local insurance agent to find customized coverage for you, without breaking the bank is unmatched.

Anis Ansari McCrea Miller has been my agent for the last 15+ years. In addition to my personal, I also have several business policies with him. His staff and he, himself have been very approachable and able to help with any questions or concerns whenever there is a need to fulfill their obligation for the policy. I’m very happy with his agency as well as all his staff. Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an insurance agent with a personal touch.
