2 /5 Shandrielle Williams: On May 22, 2023 10:13am. I recently visited your office to pay my car insurance, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The young lady at the front desk did not greet me with a “good morning” or a smile—there was no warmth or acknowledgment at all. I handed her my information and card, and she processed the payment without saying thank you.
While she did say “have a nice day” as I was leaving, the overall interaction felt cold and unprofessional. Good customer service goes a long way, and I believe a simple greeting and a little courtesy would have made a big difference. I hope this can be addressed so future visits are more pleasant.
