Wading into anything involving the government is bound to be a confusing tangle, but he made everything very clear for me. He explained what I’d already been automatically enrolled in so that I could understand what additional coverage I might need. I told him what I wanted as far as supplemental coverage, and he showed me a great policy that met all my requirements. He was genial and patient, NOT pushy in the least, and explained everything openly and concisely.
