Anytime Ive ever reached out with a question or concern about my car insurance policy, she has been quick to address it and she always has a kind demeanor! When I was buying another vehicle she ran numbers for me while I was at the dealership just so I had all the information I needed ready at the time of purchase. And today when I asked about moving my payment due date, she called me during her personal time on her way out of town to take care of it!! Like how sweet is she!? It is so refreshing to have an insurance agent that genuinely cares about my needs and concerns! She is kind, professional, prompt, and willing to do whatever she can to set you up with exactly what you want. Honestly, I could go on about how great she is forever! But Ill leave you with this. She able to offer me the best price, through Farmers. Thats great, but it was her help after hours that was really above and beyond what I expect. The BEST service at the best price! Though it goes without saying, highly recommended!
