5 /5 Richard Smith: My name is Richard Smith and I would like to share with the world and each of you the experience I have had.I have been searching for a new Insurance company and have been solicited by at least 25 companies and if you include those that have had used more than one person to call me then the number is much more. Most were a little pushy and some out right obnoxious. The only one that I truly wanted to do business with was this agency from the first time I talked with Jenae, I knew she was the one I wanted to help my wife and I with our insurance.Jense was kind, professional, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I told her at this time I was only shopping and comparing prices. That didnt change her attitude at all.All the above mentioned qualifies remained the same. I did tell Jenae that prices were important but not the most important factor. I had a couple of quotes that were less. I had told her she was by far that she was the one we would like to use and promised her before making a decision. Yes I did get other quotes some lower and some that kept calling back with lower prices and trying to use pressure.I have been in sales for over 60 years and that has never been the recipe that I used for SUCCESS. I do not know Randy Casey or his agency but I am a firm believer that the ACORNS do not fall far from the tree.
