5 /5 Shellie Calder: Ive has them for 2 or 3 yrs now I never had any issues with them.Ive had 3 hail claims NEVER had an issue. Ever time Ive called they have been very nice n helpful.

1 /5 Molly Kirkpatrick: Horrible customer service. I called with basic questions about how to have more than 3 vehicles one 1 policy and rather than e cc planning what to do and who need to be spoken too I was hung up on. The only person worth talking to is the operator and she cant help past transferring you to a rude individual.

1 /5 Shannon Boren: This isnt the first time that my payment has been misplaced and or not processed correctly with this company. I paid nearly $300 to Renew my policy 3 weeks ago and they cannot find my payment instead has charged me another $295 to renew policy and are expecting another near $200 payment by May 2025. This was hard earned income when I have a household of 6 and we make it off of 1 income. Im so outraged as well as irritated with the customer service I received when I called about it. They have always been a great company and up until the last year has their rates went through the roof and to lose payments not once but twice is absurd.

2 /5 Debby Miller: Insurance rates are great but their customer service is very poor. They also do not do things in a timely manner. Received renewal notice one week before my policy expires and never received my new insurance cards before my policy expired. Had to call and get them emailed to me. Received new ones in the mail 2 weeks after my policy was renewed. Need to do better!!

1 /5 Nay: If i could give this place a lower rating i would I pay full coverage on my vehicle and when someone hit my car and i had to call their claims department Janice Carter was the most inconsiderate person and hung up on me multiple times. I had to contact her supervisor to receive any help she told me she doesnt care where i take my car they are not fixing it when i asked questions to get an understanding about this she would never explain it to me in a way that i could understand just telling me the same answered with we are not fixing that car and hang up. I am so thankful that her supervisor stepped in and helped me understand the situation and gave me options on how to handle this claim. I will NEVER have Janice Carter handle any of my claims again she is definitely bad for this business!
