Mark Gott I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Shane Howland and his office staff, particularly Vickie. As a long-time customer of ANPAC since 1975, I valued the relationship we had built over the years with previous agents (both now retired) which included 8 of the 11 rental properties we owned, 3 cars, our homestead at that time, as well as recommendations to family members.
Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing with Shane Howland & co. When my previous agent retired, my business was transferred to Shane Howland. ( I dont know why) Over the past year and one-half, my wife called several times to obtain quotes for her mothers house- I finally got in touch with them to get that ins. To this date they have never returned HER phone call. They apparently didnt connect the dots, her last name and mine, the same- so they just didnt return her calls. Hmmmmmmmmm
Additionally, I found Shane and Vickis level of service and professionalism to be lacking. The attitude and communication style of Shane and Vickie did not meet the standards I expect from an insurance provider. The interactions felt dismissive and unfriendly, which was particularly disappointing given my long-standing relationship with American National Ins. Co. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Shane Howland or Vickie for insurance or financial needs.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as my intent is to share my experience honestly. I wish Shane and Vickie and his staff the best in their future endeavors.
