Tim hoover I have been a customer for over a decade. Let me tell you, the staff and owners are GREAT! Over the years I feel that I have been valued as a customer. When I have had questions related to my policy or coverage, I always felt that I have been given the proper Information to make the right decision for my families insurance needs.

Whitney Hampton I havent had a good experience with this group. Policies get cancelled because a lack of follow-thru and errors made. Time management, and due diligence does not seem to be a strong suit for this team.

F.Carlos G. I’m gonna make this brief: Someone insured by this insurance hit my vehicle in the parking lot. Insurance told ne to take the vehicle to a shop after I sent them pictures for estimate. Now they called the shop and told them they will not pay for the remaining $1,000 labor charge since I did not use the shop they recommended. Please note, I was not given this option in the beginning, and on top of that why will I take my car to a shop I do not know. This is bad practice that should be illegal.

Rachel Peacock Every time I need anything regarding add ons or breakdown in costs, the staff is always friendly and courteous to help. I have saved $$$ with Farmers. When we had storm damages to our home the adjusters were there quickly and were available to explain all the details and steps to do.

Jason Bryant Shelby and Laura at the 1960 office went above and beyond for me. I will not deal with another insurance agent other than then. Customer service and knowledge were above and beyond. I will say they could do a better job of answering phones. But other then that job well done. Thanks guys
