1 /5 Tim Hood: My home was robbed the insurance is still in my deceased mothers name because of courts a year and a half ago when I attempted to file a claim on the homeowners due to the freeze damage to the plumbing I was told because I was not on the insurance I could not make a claim and my name was added to the homeowners insurance now when my house has been robbed they wont put the check in my name they give me the runaround each one of them asking for a different thing I went in to get assistance from them filling out the forms because my home computer was stolen along with my laptop and everything else that would allow me to access the internet they knew this I tend to be reasonable I asked for $10,000 the replacement cost of the things stolen have now been dealing with them for over a month and they issue a worthless check in the name of my deceased mother find a different company

When I returned I went back for car insurance, my experience was terrible, phone calls not returned, banking info and payments not straight. If I would of not stayed with it I would have been canceled, and even after paying on time received a cancelation notice. I ended up having to change insurance companies because they really dropped the ball in all areas. I would not recommend this business again. As I did in the past to everyone family and friends.
