Ive sent 2 emails requesting a call back and have not received anything from his office. I cant imagine what I would have to do to reach Mr Arrieta had I needed help with a claim. I never had any issues when Ron Montgomery was the agent. Ive been with Allstate for decades and am very happy with the coverage and assistance Ive received in the past.
