karl ford I contacted Globe Life because Medicare in all its wisdom and power over me wants to know how much MONEY I could have if I withdrew from my babys life insurance policy. They want a statement telling them the $$$ value of this policy, Your staff member was very helpful , kind and knowledgeable in this request. However dealing with your computer generated assistance voice thing was very frustrating. I kept trying with different choices only to get confused and hung up on twice. It would finally ask if I wished to speak with someone just stay on the line......so I did ..... It responded something about wrong choice and hung up.................

Abe Solano Precise agency has been AMAZING at answering all my questions and setting me up with the right health insurance plan. I found them through there booth at a community outreach event and from that point on, they have gone above and beyond at making sure all the needs were met. Natalie was who I worked with for awhile and was super helpful. EVERYONE including Isabel gave me the perfect customer service, answered all my questions and walked me through the various plans. Kathy Crowder They always take good care of me. Recently had hail damage on my home. Replacing roof went very smooth. Also like that they can shop different companies at renewal for me. Great service
