1 /5 Brigitte Werts: Wish I could give 0 stars. Customer reps are horrendous. I purchased a policy on myself with my husband as beneficiary. They in error put my husband as owner and refuse to speak with me. After getting him to advise them to speak with me, I canceled the policy and requested return of the premium they had taken that day for the next month. They advised all I had to do was provide a bank statement showing the balance before the transaction and after the transaction, along with bank name, my name. I did so, and redacted all other transactions that they have no business knowing. Now they are refusing to provide the refund because I redacted the information they do not need. Onto the Attorney General, I guess.
