I doubt they really know who I am when I call them but the always speak to me as they know me. As expensive as insurance is, at least they help by being kind and professional!

Literally just call and they will do all the work for you!! Jusebia looked up all my sons and my specialists and found an insurance for us where they were all in network so I didnt have to worry about anything. At the beginning there were hiccups with bluecross blueshield but Yusebia was always a phone call away to immediately and easily help us. Jesse Dryer Ms. Amy Frank is an A+ employee. Kudos to Ms. Frank. I called her to set a cruise up for me with about two weeks notice. She said shed get right on it. I had no idea how Awesome her "right on it" would be. She asked me questions about what i was looking for and how many days. She was able to book my round trip flight, one hotel night stay, transportation to the airport and cruise line terminal to and from. She took care of everything. I flew from my town to Miami Florida. I stayed at the Couurtyard Miami Airport over night so as not to have to rush around to get to my cruise line (Iwould not have thought of this). She sent me my documents, labels and tags. She was Awesome in my opinion. The peace of mind She gave me. I called a couple of days prior to departure for a refreshing of direction and info so I could make sure I understood what was going on. Thanks to Ms. Frank for her experience in arranging trips and to AAA for the training and for the good sense to hire a Travel Ambassador suchas Ms. Frank. I definitely recommend her for travel arrangements.

Michael Bridge We recently moved to Bulverde, TX and I felt it was important to try to support the local businesses in the area. Ive always been a fan of independent insurance agencies, but what really sets Mike Flowers agency apart is the service. Real honest local customer service from a local business. Mike even makes his personal cell phone available to his clients, and I truly feel if something were to happen he would be right there ready to help in any way he could. Priscilla was great to work with too, she was super responsive to all my questions, and helped setup my renters insurance and new homeowners policy while we waited for our new home to be built. I like to support local businesses, but Mike Flowers Agency makes it easy with their great customer service.
