Mishandled Cancellation and Unprofessional Communication
I canceled my auto policy with Ginny Gould’s State Farm agency effective May 31, 2025, but the office failed to process the cancellation until July 4, 2025 — over a month later. Due to a new State Farm rule that only allows cancellations to be backdated 30 days, I was shorted part of my refund.
I reached out multiple times — in person, over the phone, and via email — trying to get this resolved. Instead of taking accountability, the agency refused to issue the full refund. To make matters worse, the last email they sent me was unprofessional and rude, and included internal staff emails about me, which was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful.
This experience showed a clear lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this agency.
