When I was buying another vehicle she ran numbers for me while I was at the dealership just so I had all the information I needed ready at the time of purchase. And today when I asked about moving my payment due date, she called me during her personal time on her way out of town to take care of it!! Like how sweet is she!? It is so refreshing to have an insurance agent that genuinely cares about my needs and concerns! Their client hit me and has not returned any of my calls and now Im reaching out to legal representation because of their irresponsibility, doesnt want to give me a rental car and after 2 months finally called me back amd said since I went through my insurance that he couldnt help me ( its been over 2 months) and you just called me! I left messages for him ( claims adjuster ) and his boss! Took screen shots where I was left several times on hold for over hours each time.
