Lin Woodson When my homeowners insurance premiums shot up this year, I started shopping around. I saw Johnathon / Texas Family Insurance recommended in a local Facebook group and gave him a call (while also getting quotes from 3 others). Long story short, he absolutely earned my business - not just on rates, but on honesty, professionalism, service, expertise, candor. He is exceptionally responsive and has gone above and beyond to help me throughout the process of switching insurers. I cant say enough about the value of a real live local agent, but in particular the value of our neighbor, Johnathon, looking out for us.

Jason McNair Nathan was exceptionally helpful to our insurance needs for auto and home. He was very knowledgeable and did well answering our questions about coverage and needs. He made sure to accommodate us with comparisons and quotes regarding pricing and coverage. My wife and I are very grateful for his professionalism and patience. He is definitely a good neighbor.
