I contacted Dillon myrick and where many other fell short he succeeded. He went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He answered every question I had and even offered sound advice and was able to give me multiple options where I had trouble even getting just one quote from multiple other places. He was prompt, polite and just seemed eager and happy to help in any way. I didnt feel any kind of pressure to settle for just any quote with him and on top of that I got greater coverage for my home for over 1k less.

They falsified information on an insurance app that they submitted just to get my business than 2 months later my rates went up and did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation.
