1 /5 Melody Roberts: We got a quote for full coverage . 80$ cheaper than Progressive a month I now pay. You gotta tell them the year and miles for the vehicle , which imparts condition . They just said needed an inspection for the full coverage on truck . Ok here we come. Truck is old but has a lien on it so I must have full coverage. Lady looks at truck and says paint is yuck because it’s flaked in many places no insurance for you . Probably too many dents too though it’s never been wrecked. If your vehicle is kinda a bucket don’t go down there for full coverage. She should have asked for condition when giving the quote . It could have been communicated , it was important. We left unhappy for wasted trip.

4 /5 Aaron Jauken: I wasnt a customer for long but theyre friendly and get you a fair price for insurance. One thing I didnt like that gives it 4 instead of 5 stars. I specifically asked for roadside assistance. Little did I know that I was given roadside assistance reimbursement in case of breakdown and the coverage was so small you could get maybe 10 miles. Thats not the roadside I asked for. I asked for roadside assistance which apparently at Fred Loya is a membership program that I was not set up for. Very upsetting at the time of my breakdown. Other than that it was easy and good experience but if you want roadside assistance make sure you arent getting the basic package but that the actual assistance roadside assistance would be expected.

1 /5 Valid Diamond: This place needs to be shut down, first off I have had little to no response from anyone about my claim against one of THEIR insured drivers in over 2 months. I have called numerous times and have been told they can’t do anything for me. They keep bouncing me back and forth between adjuster to adjuster. This should’ve been resolved over a month ago. They do NOT care about you, I spoke to my first “assigned” adjuster over the phone and she couldn’t explain to me why no one has reached out, I explained it had been a month at the time and she showed no remorse talking to me as if I did not matter what so ever. Then she rudely told me she was not my adjuster anymore and I had been assigned to another person. This happened 2 months ago and she has yet to contact me with anything regarding my claim. This place is filled with scam artists and needs to be shut down immediately, they will gladly take your money for your insurance policy, but will not help anyone who has placed a claim against their insured. This is ridiculous, luckily I have another vehicle to get around in. If I could give this place negative stars it would be done a million times over and over again. Terrible Company, with terrible people.

1 /5 Kristie Kiewlich: The commercial claimed that they could save me hundreds over my current insurance, with progessive. I have no tickets or accidents on my record. Their quote was $400 more than what I am paying now. I guess it doesnt pay to have older, paid off vehicles. Not impressed!
