Todays insurance rates are certainly going higher and its easy to fall for a cheaper policy and be surprised when you have a claim. The Jones Group is not only there to provide their clients with an affordable quote, but more importantly they provide you with the insurance you need for protection in the event of a unforeseen loss. Too many insurance agencies only want to "sell you a policy" without explaining the real risks associated with protecting your business or property. The Jones Agency is looking to protect you and not just sell a policy. Very refreshing!

2 /5 Kathy Adams: The rates may be good, but I cant get them to answer, or return a call. The young lady that answered "one time" was supposed to call me back. I bought another car and need to transer my insurance to it and cancel the old one. How do you find out ?????
