Abigail Balding Joe Horak and his office are great, I’ve had Farmers for a while now and they’ve always provided top notch customer service and great rates on insurance. I was sent an email by Joe himself regarding my policy and was able to get everything updated and squared away with no issue- all through email! It was very refreshing that I was able to do everything with Joe through email instead of a phone call since I have a loud newborn in the house- it made doing business a lot easier on my part and at my own pace without pressure. Our agent is Jacky Maldonado and she is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. In fact, Jacky gave us some quotes a week ago, we shopped around and specifically went back to do business with Jacky. If you have insurance needs, Im recommending this office. And ask for Jacky...shes outstanding! Oh...and you definitely need to meet Betty!
