King Barry C Thomas They are the worst insurance company ever. Some clown knocked my back windshield out and they gave me the run around after I been with them a long time I even had a police report. They claimed they didnt help with vandalized vehicle. But the policy say they do. They wanted me to pay for it and they would pay a reduction. They then terminated my policy. Because they didnt want to help me. Do not get insurance from this company its worthless.

Cheryl Batiste Price is great, but customer service could have been a little better. It was confusing getting the pictures uploaded, and I was told I had to do it again a couple of times. I ended up driving to an office so they could take the photos for me. They apparently didn’t have to use the app. It should be that easy for customers too. Then I found out the person I originally spoke with didn’t get all of the information from me she needed and I had to be re-quoted again.

Ashley took such great care of us, and even helped work on our policy when she was home with a sick child. She went above and beyond for me and got us in a policy that we can not only afford, but that covers more than most insurances. I will never use another insurance company. Mike Miller When my insurance company billed me for the coming years homeowners policy, I experienced sticker shock. So I used a couple of those insurance rates comparison websites and filled out the standard forms they provide. As a result, I received more than a dozen quotes from various companies. I visited a couple of local offices, too. In one I met the agent who gave me direct eye contact and a firm handshake, but he failed to follow up with a quote. That surprised me.
