Reason being is not only did she assume responsibility of a claim that was not hers but she was willing to attempt and exhaust all options and I really only spoke with her for 10 minutes. She was successful in meeting my demands amd I believe has earned a real raise. I am not exaggerating, Leslie did the job of 5 agents who I had spoke to previous to her call and I would actually recommend to listen to the recording and review them for the way they handled. It is people like those agents who give the name a bad rep. HOWEVER, to end on a good note, I am glad to have talked to Leslie for it is people like her who make the difference and changed my perspective on how I should have reviewed.
