She has been so patient and helpful, even with all the requirements from the SBA Disaster Loan that we have for our businesses. We had to set up numerous policies (we own a small cottage rental business, and each cottage has multiple policies). Desiree was diligent, always cheerful, and dealt with the SBA one-on-one for many of their questions. She saved me many a heartache.
