She also gave me one key step no one else had even mentioned (have to sign up for Medicare Part B first), without which I could not have signed up for advantage plans. Im certain I would never have chosen the best option for me so well & so painlessly without her guidance! Her expertise and knowledge are top notch, and she gets a gold star for her kindness!
