2 /5 James Decker: Usually I have no complaints l but I had an issue. I’ve been paying my car insurance with one card on autopay and last month I wanted to change to a different card because of fraud and move my new card on auto pay. It worked fine I thought until this month my bill is over $50 extra. I talked with a manager who said my refund shouldn’t be an issue. And I called the main office 3 times each time being 30+ minutes of transfer line hold. I think there just blowing me off not trying to help me.
