I run a small business here in Corpus Christi and was in need of adjusting my small business group insurance for both my company and some employees. After working with several brokers, I found Charles, and he really went above and beyond to help me during a time when I needed assistance. The team took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and gave me peace of mind. There are many who sell insurance, but Charles was genuinely someone who cared about helping me. My wife had fallen and broken her elbow and I didn’t know what to do to start my claim. I texted Charles and he let me know that his claims specialist would reach out. Less than 30 minutes later she had reached out and helped me file my claim. He checked on me a few days later to see how my wife was feeling and let me know that we have been in their thoughts and prayers. Wow! Charles and his team don’t sale what they don’t serve.
