David Helm I had a collision with a hit and run driver. Totally their fault. Filed claim with State Farm. Had my rent car the next day. They towed the car to the collision repair shop. It was determined totaled! Received my check today! 15 days after the accident! Great customer service and response. Very pleased with Phil Maxey and Denee!

Jon Braun I had been with Allstate over 31 years and recently switched to State Farm with Dan Garber (DJ) due to his excellent customer service and knowledge. This was not an easy decision after being with someone for so many years, but DJ is a level above other insurance agents. DJ is always available for questions and very timely in responses. I have a bunch of kids and he was absolutely wonderful in helping them set up their policies so they could be independent. In fact, it was one of my daughters who initially contacted him out of the blue. DJ was so helpful in walking through things with her and worked so hard to obtain excellent rates that we all switched. When calling the office, DJ is personally involved and is very easy to contact. In short, I would highly recommend DJ for home and auto insurance!
