1 /5 angielina arriola: Currently going through hell with claims process, the Adjustor, agent, her son and supervisors and investigation department do not want to hear what the customer has to say. Th we only listen to there group of people.and they’re job isn’t to help families with all there insurance needs…. It is to take customers money and Deny there claims. They are masters at doing that.

1 /5 Indy Gram: BOGUS Insurance company. DO NOT buy any type of insurance from this Germania company unless you want to go thru hiring an attorney and all to get your claim settled. I been that road and it felt like hell to just get an auto claim, our attorney was successful to get it in our favor with attorney fees and interest. I would NOT advise any one to buy any insurance from this GERMANIA company.
