In an extremely competitive industry, such as insurance, its easy for customers to just drop coverage and go with whatever the latest thing is that theyve seen advertised. With Phils office, they may not realize that what they are losing is an extremely customer driven experience with a level of professionalism you wont find in many offices. Between Phil and his staff I have ALWAYS been able to have complex questions answered in great detail and without lingering questions or confusion. This is something thats hard to quantify in dollars.
I will gladly stay with this office regardless of a fly by night company (or a well established one for that matter) who offers a lower rate. Ive even asked about this and I was given great direction regarding specific coverages in my policy that the other company wasnt offering. So, what may have seemed like a better deal wasnt actually a better deal. This type of service is invaluable. Not to mention the always friendly voices on the other end of the phone or the nice smiles that greet me when I go into the office.
Do yourself a favor and dont run away from great service. Or, if youre looking for insurance you can stop right here. This is where everyone should stop.
