Jessica Hoffman Charles Short Insurance Agency is great. I have worked with them in the past and were great at my place of employment. Now, I went to them for homeonwers and car insurance. Brooke is awesome to work with. Also, this agency was recommended by an out of state agent who my husband has known since he was a child.

I would definitely recommend this place to others. They make you feel like part of a family and not just a customer, my phone went dead, and they even had a charger on hand that I could borrow to charge my phone so that I could make my payment. I will never use another Insurance company
