1 /5 seb d: The csr trinity called me about my payment, even though I’ve had no cc notes on my policy for a couple years. She called to be purposely unprofessional. Upon speaking with management I was treated as if I didn’t understand how it happened, all she could focus on was weather or not I was competent enough to understand what was going on. I’m not elderly, or a minor, I just wanted to understand if the csr who called understood that she isn’t suppose to call me, let alone giggle during the phone call.
